    With the positive meaning of ‘progression’, Kanomchan is symbolised by its layered design and is often seen cut into small squares. It is made with coconut milk, sugar, tapioca starch, rice flour and arrowroot starch, then slowly steamed layer by layer for a one-of-a-kind treat.

    Kanomchan: coconut milk (coconut extract 70%, water, emulsifier- E435), tapioca starch, rice flour, arrowroot starch, sugar, Butterfly Pea juice 

    Fresh Allure (the decorative elements): Coconut milk (coconut extract 70%, water, emulsifier- E435), wheat (gluten) flour, sugar, food colours, jasmine essence. 


    Storage Instructions: *keep refrigerated* and consume within 1 week.

    For the original soft, chewy texture, steam for about 5-10 minutes or microwave for up to 1 minute. Leave at room temperature before eating. 

    We carefully pack our fresh desserts in an insulated pouch with a cooling gel to keep them fresh during transport.
